Shu o’rinda aytish joizki, ko’p protein iste’mol qilish ham bolaning buyragiga og’irlik qiladi. Shuning uchun miqdorga ham ahamiyat berish lozim. Quyida bolaning bir kunlik go’sht iste’moli qancha bo’lishini ko’rishingiz mumkin: 6 oylik —> 5-10g 7-8 oylik —> 15-20g 9-11 oylik —> 20-30g 12-18 oylik —> 30-40g 2-3 yosh —> 40-50g
